Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter daily work orders, service tickets, and operational data into arenaflex’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Report Assembly & Reconciliation: Compile, generate, and reconcile weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership, ensuring all figures balance and are presented in a clear, actionable format.
Clerical Support: Perform traditional office duties—including filing, copying, faxing (digital equivalents), scanning, and document indexing—while maintaining an organized virtual filing system.
Cross‑Department Communication: Serve as a liaison between operations, finance, and customer service teams, providing timely updates and clarifying data discrepancies.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data‑entry workflows, recommend automation tools, and document standard operating procedures for future teammates.

Essential Qualifications
