Communication: Act as a liaison between our team members, affiliate partners, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Administrative Duties: Manage invoicing, payment collection, and record-keeping, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with a strong track record of success.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Proficiency in using our software system, Serviceminder.io, or similar software.
Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus, but not required.
