Remote Off-Premise Channel Manager - Chicagoland
Join Our Team as a Strategic Brand Ambassador
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off-Premise Channel Manager to join our team in Chicagoland. As a key representative of Heaven Hill Brands, you will develop and execute strategic brand initiatives with distributors and retail accounts, driving awareness, distribution, and revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans and priorities with distributors, holding them accountable for results
Communicate and reinforce brand objectives with distributors and retail accounts, serving as a visible and committed supplier representative
Provide sales teams with tools and knowledge to successfully execute brand strategies and sales priorities
Drive sales, distribution, and placement standards at training events and retail calls
Collaborate with the team on brand program design and field execution with distributor personnel
Measure, report, and review program results with distributor managers and internal stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with key retail accounts and distributor personnel
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in the distilled spirits/beverage alcohol industry
Strong analytical, sales, and marketing skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What We Offer:
Competitive salary ($85,000 - $90,000 per year)
