Remote OCCC Bilingual Spanish Inbound Telesales Agent - 33386
About the position
Responsibilities
• Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services
• Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
• Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service
• Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service, while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of commissioned sales and customer service experience; direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment preferred
• Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of pest control services
