REMOTE nursing positions (1 RN and 1 LPN)

We are looking to fill two (2) REMOTE nursing positions (1 RN and 1 LPN). These are long-term assignment (4-6 months) and will be supporting primary care practices. • Assesses and triages immediate health concerns telephonically with patients. • Provides concise, appropriate, and safe nursing guidance. • Identifies problems or gaps in care, offering opportunities for intervention, and ER diversion as appropriate. • Communicates with patients, and respective members of the healthcare team regularly. • Engages with fellow teammates, and leadership via multiple communication platforms. • Provides health education and coaches consumers on available care options. • Documents all patient interactions via multiple EMR - and tracking platforms. • Special projects, initiatives, and other job duties as assigned. Required • Unencumbered RN OR LPN licensure in NY • Access to high-speed internet. • Hard-wired via ethernet cable to the internet. • Dedicated, private, distraction-free space in the home for home office. • Mandatory attendance at training • Full-time hours (40 hours per week -8 hours per shift) • Interview on camera • Triage experience • Education/License • LPN or RN Licensed to practice in New York State (NYS) with current NYS registration and in good standing. • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 2+ years’ experience in Nursing. Record of prior stable employment and/or favorable references. Experience • 2+ years’ experience in Nursing • Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications, and solid technical aptitude • Highly organized, self-directed worker with the ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
