This role involves gathering data and assisting in the development of reports that inform operational improvements and strategic decisions. Responsibilities • Assist in developing reports using available data to support analysis and recommend process improvements. • Perform statistical analysis of departmental data, including membership count and plan accuracy evaluations. • Contribute to ongoing assessment and improvements in data management practices within the team. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Skills • 1-2 years of general business experience required. • Strong ability to research, analyze, and report on data trends. • High technical aptitude and analytical thinking. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. • At least 1 year of data analysis or related experience • Internal applicants without a degree but with relevant experience and above-contributor-level performance will be considered.
