[Remote] Nokia Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. First Point Group is seeking a highly skilled 5G Optimizer with extensive experience in 5G and LTE network performance optimization. The role requires a subject matter expert in Radio Network Planning and Optimization with deep technical knowledge of Nokia equipment and strong troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include performing RAN optimization, conducting call flow analysis, and leading small optimization teams.
