Remote Night Shift Patient Coordinator
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team at AccessNurse, a TeamHealth company. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking medical assistance and support, providing exceptional customer service and building trust with patients and their families.
Job Highlights:
Remote position with flexible scheduling (32+ hours/week, including some weekends and holidays)

About the Role:

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
1+ years of customer service experience; 1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills
Ability to type 25 wpm and work in a HIPAA-compliant environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
