Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. We Are Legal Revolution is a rapidly expanding firm that has grown from 5 attorneys to over 55 in a short period. They are seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to manage third-party insurance coverage matters and collaborate with the team while working remotely.
Responsibilities
• Manage third-party insurance coverage matters
• Handle third-party insurance defense matters (limited volume of cases)
• Run cases autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader team
• Attend and handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions on a regular basis
• Maintain proactive client communication and prepare monthly status updates/reports
• Thrive in a fast-paced practice while consistently producing high-quality work
Skills
• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance coverage
• Some flexibility on licensing, may not need to be licensed in Texas, but should have some experience with Texas Law
• Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work
• Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work
• Maintain an average of 160 hours per month
