[Remote] Network Security Analyst (Night Shift Help Desk)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Addus HomeCare is seeking a Full Time fully remote Network Security Analyst for their Night Shift Help Desk team. The Network Security Analyst is responsible for implementing cybersecurity products, processes, and policies to protect Addus' I.T. infrastructure, data, and business, while conducting network monitoring and intrusion detection, and suggesting improvements to security measures. Responsibilities • Continuous network monitoring to detect any suspicious or hostile activities • Takes actions to mitigate damage caused by such activities • Inform management of possible risks and recommend solutions • Communicate to all stakeholders as appropriate • Performing risk assessments • Document security breaches with cause, actions for further prevention, and damage assessment. • Work with security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities. • Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management. • Assist in creating training for the end users.
