[Remote] Network Deployment & Operations Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PRI Global is seeking an experienced Network Deployment and Operations Engineer to join their Network Deployment & Support team. The role involves providing technical and operational leadership for large-scale IP or Optical network deployments, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery while managing vendor relationships and collaborating closely with various teams.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical and operational leadership for large-scale IP or Optical network deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality
• Lead cross-functional technical discussions to identify solutions, mitigate risks, and drive innovation
• Build and execute end-to-end deployment programs — scope, schedules, and resource planning
• Define and track KPIs such as deployment speed, quality, efficiency, and SLA performance
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring accountability and service excellence
• Collaborate closely with Data Center, Network Engineering, and Operations teams for seamless project execution
• Deliver clear reporting and insights to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IP or Optical network deployment, with strong exposure to operations and program management
• Proven success delivering network infrastructure projects on time and at high quality
• Deep understanding of IP networking protocols, architectures, and technologies
• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
