• Support the NA Sales VP and Silvus sales team in operational tasks.
• Conduct daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting.
• Prepare operation reviews and quarterly business review presentations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage and maintain CRM data for accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales team on strategies for growth.
• Create reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
• Drive sales forecasting and quota setting processes.
• Implement process improvements for sales operations.
• Provide training on tools and best practices to the sales team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations management or sales.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen to understand sales profitability.
• Familiarity with Salesforce/Zohp and Tableau software.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.
• Research and reporting skills for data analysis.
• Good influencing and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of channel distribution strategies.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.
