[Remote] Multimedia Training Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SAIC is searching for a Multimedia Training Developer to join their team. This position involves developing and programming media for interactive eLearning training products, collaborating with team members and Subject Matter Experts to create high-quality training materials. The role requires strong graphic design skills and the ability to manage course deployment within Learning Management Systems.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and programming media for use in interactive eLearning training productsInteract with team members, customers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop interactive Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) products for government and commercial clientsCreate top quality graphic designs and illustrations, as well as develop animations, interactive exercises, and other media for training coursesPerform advanced programming tasks for the development of course navigation and interactivityDeploy courses within Learning Management SystemsRemain current with the eLearning industry tools and technologyDemonstrate attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, manage time efficiently, and work/lead in a team environmentSkillsBachelor's Degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or similar from an accredited college or university and 0-3 years of related experience is requiredDemonstrated ability to perform programming tasks using JavaScript, XML and/or JSON, and HTML/HTML5Demonstrated experience creating interactive multimedia content including animation and interactive exercisesStrong graphic design and illustration skills using Photoshop and vector-based graphics program(s)Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively in a team environment and lead small groups of digital artistsA portfolio is required (an online portfolio is preferred)Must be able to obtain a security clearance at Secret level or higherExperience with the life cycle of design of training content from concept through project completionExperience with e-Learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Storyline)Video editing experience3D Modeling and/or Unity game engine experienceLearning Management System and SCORM or xAPI experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applicationsCompany OverviewSAIC specializes in IT, enterprise IT, engineering, and professional services.
