Remote Multifamily, Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Commercial Construction Estimator, CA About theRole: We are seeking a Multifamily and Commercial Construction Estimator with experience in ground-up projects to join our client' team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bolthires estimates for large-scale multifamily developments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and bolthires structures, with a proven track record in estimating ground-up multifamily projects.Key Responsibilities: • * Prepare comprehensive estimates for ground-up multifamily projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs. • Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy. • Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers. • Work closely with project managers, developers, and architects to align budgets with project goals. • Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize costs without sacrificing quality.• Analyze historical bolthires data and market trends to refine pricing models. • Assist in pre-construction planning and project feasibility assessments. Qualifications: • * Experience: 3 years of estimating experience in ground-up multifamily construction. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required. • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry pricing. • Proficiency in estimating software • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
