[Remote] MSR Operations Analyst

Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is seeking an MSR Operations Analyst to support their analytical efforts in transaction management and collateral teams. The role involves managing operations data, ensuring data integrity, and conducting research and analysis on collateral data while supporting cross-functional projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a centralized SQL-based data repository supporting collateral management and pool certification activities, ensuring data integrity, governance, and audit readinessLead data quality, reconciliation, and consolidation efforts for loan-level datasets to ensure reporting accuracy and operational reliabilityAnalyze databases and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement data-driven process improvementsDesign, automate, and optimize management reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-makingPerform detailed loan-level reconciliations across servicing systems, custodial records, and investor reporting platforms, resolving variances and mitigating riskDevelop complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data in support of reporting, modeling, forecasting, and departmental initiativesEstablish standardized analytical frameworks and reporting methodologies to improve operational consistency and scalabilityManage cross-functional projects and support departmental initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignmentProvide analytical support for audits, compliance reviews, and leadership requests, along with other duties as assignedSkillsBachelors or MBA graduates, in any concentration that has exposure and experience in the relevant technical skills, or equivalent work experience, are desiredPrevious experience, 1+ years, in an analytical or reporting environment is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)Previous experience with operations data preferredAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS AccessExperience working with Microsoft SQL Server Management StudioPython programming knowledge recommendedHighly organized in natureAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain focusAbility to maintain confidentialityStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefitsMedical coverage starting on day oneCompany-matched 401(k)Company OverviewBEWARE of Unsolicited Job Offers that request a personal ID!!!
