We’re actively hiring motivated Loan Officers who are licensed in Pennsylvania (PA), New Jersey (NJ), and Florida (FL) and ready to hit the ground running in a remote environment.
Position Highlights:
• Fully remote role with the option to join as W2 or 1099
• Choose your path: build your own team or focus solely on personal production
• Broad product portfolio to serve all borrower types
• Full operational support: processing, compliance, and administrative assistance
• Backed by a growing, multi-state lender licensed in 28+ states
Who We're Looking For:
• Loan Officers who bring an existing book of business or strong referral partnerships
• Professionals with a track record of closing 3–5+ loans per month
• Strong communicators who value client relationships and retention
• Organized, self-driven individuals with a sales-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with lending guidelines and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Active NMLS license required
• Must be currently licensed in PA, NJ, or FL (additional state licenses are a plus)
• Proficient with mortgage industry software and CRMs
