Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking a remote Mortgage Loan Closer to handle loans originated from any location throughout the company and/or from various Mortgage Consultants. The Mortgage Loan Closer will be responsible for verifying loan details, preparing closing instructions, balancing and finalizing figures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and investor... requirements, and assisting with post-closing tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Verify that loan details match in lock, loan approval, fee sheet, and loan entry program
- Ensure accuracy of loan information in loan entry program and complete all closing fields
- Prepare and send closing instructions to title company, including invoices, insurance, and other relevant items, 24 hours prior to closing
- Coordinate closing and disbursement dates with the title company and obtain approval from Loan Consultant for the Closing Disclosure
- Ensure closing package complies with regulatory and investor requirements, as well as terms and conditions of Loan Approval
- Prepare and send closing documents to the title company
- Provide status updates to Loan Consultant and Loan Assistant
- Assist with post-closing and shipping tasks, addressing missing documents or issues
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in mortgage loan closing or related field is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with loan entry programs and mortgage software
