Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct detailed due diligence reviews on closed mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
? Utilize Laura Mac, Mavent, Aces, and TRID systems to perform accurate assessments and validations of loan documentation.
? Identify discrepancies or issues within closed loan files and take appropriate action to resolve them.
? Achieve daily production targets and deadlines as set forth in the contract.
Requirements:
? Extensive experience in reviewing closed mortgage loans, demonstrating proficiency in due diligence processes.
? Expertise with Laura Mac, Mavent, Aces, and TRID systems.
? Ability to manage a high volume of files with precision and attention to detail.
? Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
? Excellent independent work capabilities and communication skills.
Contract Details:
? This position is a 1099 contract role, offering the flexibility to work remotely.
? Contractors will be placed on a panel and contacted as new job opportunities arise.
? Daily production targets are expected to be met.
? Compensation is on a per-file basis, dependent on the scope of the review required.
