• A Remote Patient Monitoring LPN/MA monitors patients' health remotely using advanced technology. They track vital signs, analyze data for any concerning trends, and communicate regularly with patients to assess their health. They collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed and respond promptly to any alerts. Additionally, they educate patients on using monitoring devices and provide emotional support. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.This clinic-based role involves reviewing remote data. Additional responsibilities include performing venipuncture for lab draws and collecting urine samples at patients' residences.
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Professional & Technical Skills
• Insurance verification/authorization experience and excellent communication skills.
• License(s) or Certification(s)
• LPN license or MA certification with current working knowledge of Physician Office Operations.
• Other Skills or Requirements
• Must demonstrate a mature and responsible attitude in dealing with physicians, patients, and staff. Must be able to work independently and possess exceptional customer service skills.
