Position Overview We are seeking a skilled ECG Monitoring Reader/Reporter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and reporting cardiac monitoring data with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. You will work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure timely communication of clinically relevant findings. This position requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities • Review, interpret, and document ECG data from cardiac monitoring systems. • Produce clear, well‑written, and grammatically accurate reports. • Communicate significant findings to physicians and clinical teams professionally and promptly. • Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients as needed. • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and data security guidelines. • Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance programs. Required Qualifications • CDRMS certification preferred or CRAT certification (CRAT is required if the candidate does not hold the CDRMS). • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar. • Professional communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work effectively with physicians and clinical staff. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote workspace (if applicable).
