[Remote] Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

They are seeking a highly motivated Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join their Corporate Development team, where the candidate will support M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and corporate initiatives that drive long-term value.ResponsibilitiesAssist in all phases of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration planningSupport senior M&A professionals in target outreach, conference attendance, investment banker outreach and broader deal sourcing initiativesConduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential acquisition targetsBuild and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate strategic opportunitiesPrepare materials for senior leadership, including investment memos, board presentations, and strategic reviewsWork closely with finance, legal, operations, and business units to ensure seamless execution of transactionsHelp develop deal thesis, track and manage the deal pipeline and maintain accurate records of ongoing projectsSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus1–5 years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory or management consultingStrong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPointFamiliarity with valuation techniques (DCF, payback, precedent transactions, comps)Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAnalyze current and past financial dataBuild financial models and forecastsEvaluate business performance against plansResearch economic and market trendsRecommend investmentsMeet with company officials for deeper insightLocation: East coast US preferredBenefitsKyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.Comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.Company OverviewKyndryl is an information technology and services company.
