Role Overview
We’re hiring licensed LPC, LCSW, and LMFT therapists in Pennsylvania to join our founding team. This is a flexible, fully remote position where you’ll receive steady client referrals, full credentialing support, and zero administrative headaches — so you can focus entirely on providing therapy.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients aged 20–29 in Pennsylvania
• Maintain accurate and timely notes in our therapist-friendly EMHR
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to young adult needs
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
• Follow all HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards
What We Offer
• $75 per session – paid monthly via Gusto direct deposit
• 100% remote – work from anywhere in Pennsylvania
