Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
Virtual Therapist - Fully Remote
Location: Remote - Indiana
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We're hiring Indiana-licensed LMFTs, LMHCs, and LCSWs to provide mental health care in a fully virtual environment. This role allows you to deliver focused, high-quality therapy while maintaining a consistent schedule and the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups
ā¢ Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
ā¢ Deliver tailored interventions based on client needs
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system
ā¢ Coordinate care with other providers when necessary
Requirements
ā¢ Active LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license in Indiana
ā¢ Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
ā¢ Experience in mental health counseling (telehealth or outpatient preferred)
ā¢ Proficiency with electronic health records and video platforms
ā¢ Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
