We’re currently hiring a full-timeLCSW, LPCC, or LMFTto provide virtual outpatient therapy for adults through one of our trusted California-based partners. What You'll Do As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. • Provide therapy to patients (ages 5+), with diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and grief. • Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more More About the Role • Setting: 100% Remote | Arizona-based outpatient FQHC • Schedule:Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk within 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, open to 8 or 10 hr shifts • Caseload: Average case load of 40-50 clients • Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 60 minutes for follow-up appointments • Administrate Time: 1 hour daily • Looking for a clinician who is flexible and proactive with their scheduling, keeping in mind what is best for their patients.
