About the Role As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based mental health services to patients primarily through telehealth video or telephone. Key Responsibilities Render evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients, promoting individualized recovery and well-being. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy). A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in mental health therapy, preferably in an outpatient setting. Active licensure as a LICSW or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts. A secure, remote workspace in your home, ensuring confidentiality and minimal distractions. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued: Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, enabling you to serve a diverse patient population. Experience with evidence-based practices and telehealth platforms. Outpatient experience and a background in individual, family, and group therapy.
