About the Role: Remote Member Service Representative - Part Time We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Remote Member Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). Essential Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in an office support role, preferably in customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with a typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
