Required Skills And Competencies
At least one year of customer service experience with demonstrated sales acumen and service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Capacity to manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism.
Strong verbal communication abilities and a clear speaking style.
Effective listening skills, with the capability to communicate complex information simply and clearly.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Windows-based software and systems.
Accurate typing skills (35 w.p.m. desired).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote environment while maintaining focus and productivity.
