Then the Remote VA Medical Records Review Specialist might be the right position for you! What you will be doing as a Remote VA Medical Records Review Specialist: • Become an expert on our Case Management Software, Adobe, and Microsoft Office that you will be using daily • You’ll be a problem solver by identifying the status of each claim • Read and review private medical records and follow proper processes within Salesforce • Understand and have the ability to submit records on the VA Online Mailing Portal • We always strive to reach our goals! Our main goal for this position is 8500 pages per week. • To meet all of our goals, the VA Medical Records Review Specialist has productivity requirements in place. • Quality is extremely important to our firm. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY 6 MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 30 to 53 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
