Remote Medical Receptionist, Advanced MD Experience and PST Zone Required
We are a behavioral health company treating severe anxiety disorders and eating disorders. This position requires excellent customer service, professionalism, exceptional memory and organizational skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail including: -assisting the Scheduling and Intake Lead with answering main line and fielding questions about Anxiety Experts' services or solving client technical issues when signing on to remote sessions -occasional coverage for Scheduling and Intake Lead -managing client Worklist in AdvancedMD software (MUST have recent experience in AdvancedMD), keeping detailed notes on client contacts and scheduling clients with providers -electronically onboarding clients into the EHR -managing scheduling for 9 therapists in two locations -managing our virtual office, improving organization and communication, as well as ensuring our compliance with Joint Commission accreditation standards -eagerness to independently expand own technical knowledge of AdvancedMD to help us improve our use of the system and work flows Hours per week: • 20 Working days: • Monday • Tuesday • Wednesday • Thursday • Friday Typical end time: • 12:30PM Typical start time: • 8:30AM Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
