Remote Medical Insurance Representative - Florida Residents Only ($17/hour)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Insurance Representative to join our remote team, working with a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client. As a subject matter expert, you will provide exceptional support to patients, develop and review content, and analyze complex problems to deliver expert solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients and provide support
Develop and review content, such as manuals, training materials, and documentation, to ensure accuracy and relevance
Gather and review patient billing and medical information, using computer skills for data entry
Analyze complex problems or scenarios and provide expert solutions, operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
Collaborate with other team members or departments to provide insights and expertise as needed
Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of recent Medical Benefits experience (required)
Recent Medical call center experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
Great work attitude and willingness to help others
High School Diploma or Equivalent
High Speed Internet with Modem access
