[Remote] Medical Expert- Urology & Fertility

They are seeking a Medical Expert in Urology and Fertility to provide clinical expertise, educate others, and ensure high standards of care in a remote environment. Responsibilities • Provide evidence-informed sessions pertaining to relevant information and guidance on various medical topics. • Utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others. • Lend expertise or knowledge to participate in continuing education programs for Carrot employees as needed. • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to continue to drive an experience that is safe, compliant, and of the highest standards. Skills • RN, NP, or PA licensure • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in a fertility clinic or a urology clinic that addresses female reproductive health and urology/low testosterone • Must be able to speak to both female and male fertility topics • Superb listening skills and an ability to empathetically discuss fertility and family-forming related topics • Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance • Motivated to expand knowledge on fertility and urology topics • Ability to function well from a confidential and private remote environment (this is a 100% remote role) • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs • Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use • Fluency in any additional language skills is a bonus, but not a requirement Benefits • Health and wellness benefits • Retirement savings plans • Short- and long-term incentives • Parental leave • Family-forming assistance • A competitive compensation package Company Overview • Carrot is a healthcare center that offers fertility care services.
