Remote Medical Data Entry
TekSystems is hiring for a remote medical data entry specialist for a nationwide revenue cycle company!
Description
Ā The Client Coordinator is responsible for working through CMS portals, processing the cases and entering into the database. They will be reviewing for eligibility.
Ā This position is responsible for data preparation, data entry, data tracking, documentation, and filing. All duties are handled with a high degree of quality customer service and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Ā Handles and responds promptly to inquiries from clients emails regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information
Ā Utilizes appropriate systems and databases to enter client or examine information and or retrieve information as needed
Ā Pulls medical records from clients external site and uploads into internal database
Ā Ensure everything on the Medical Record is there and filled out properly
Ā From there the medical record will be assigned to a reviewer to provide insight on a certain treatment or diagnosis to help the insurance company decide whether to approve or deny a claim
Hours
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ā 1+ year of data entry experience
Ā 1+ year of patient access experience
Ā Must have reliable internet
Ā High school diploma
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00
