Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $16/hr. Weekly Pay Plus Benefits!
Schedule Availability: Mon-Sat. 8am-10pm CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8-HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN HOURS OF OPERATION)
Start date: OCTOBER 2024

What You Will Do Day To Day
Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires.
Using computer skills for data entry.
Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Requirements
Provide positive customer service and empathy.
Must have High Speed Internet with modem access.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
Excellent customer service skills with a patient-focused attitude.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
