Position Details
• Role: Remote Medical Call Center Representative
• Pay: $16/hr. + Weekly Pay + Benefits
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-8pm CST (must be available for any 8-hour shift within these hours)
• Projected Start Date: September
• Equipment: Provided (see important note below)
Important: Candidates must live in the Fort Worth, TX area (or surrounding cities) and be able to pick up company-issued equipment in person prior to starting. This is a requirement with no exceptions.
What You'll Do
• Handle inbound calls (with occasional outbound calls depending on department needs)
• Assist patients by updating account and medication information
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain compliance with federal healthcare guidelines
• Work with insurance carriers to confirm medication coverage
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of recent call center experience (required)
• Ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Private, distraction-free workspace at home
• Reliable high-speed wired internet connection (hot-spots not accepted)
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to full scheduled shifts and performance metrics
• High school diploma or equivalent
