Networks Connect Professional Staffing is hiring for a Medical Collections Specialist position in which you would be working remote but you must be located in Indiana. To be qualified for this position you will have had at least one (1) year of collections experience. In this position, you will monitor patient payments and past due accounts... related to healthcare. The position will require strong communication skills and comfort with spending most of the day on the phone. You will need to operate at a fast pace with a high sense of urgency.
As the Medical Collections Specialist your job duties will include:
Monitoring patient payments and past due accounts
Calling patients daily to confirm receipt of invoices and payment dates
Reviewing 40 invoices daily
Taking a customer service approach to collections
You are the perfect person if you have:
One (1) year of collections experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A strong attention to detail
Experience working in Microsoft Office
Experience working in QuickBooks Online would be a plus
