Job Summary:
As a Remote Medical Call-Center Agent (Scheduler), you will be responsible for:
Communicating with patients and referring physicians to schedule appointments, gather medical information, and provide preparation instructions for exams
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers

Gathering medical information, updating patient records, and ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information
Explaining procedures, answering patient questions, and providing preparation instructions for exams
Documenting activities, updating systems, and performing clerical and administrative duties as necessary
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
High School Diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or high-volume call center environment
Medical terminology experience, preferably in radiology procedures
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detailed-oriented, multi-tasking, flexible, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and data-entry programs
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with strong written and verbal communication skills
