Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical Benefits Rep to accompany their remote team!
Ā MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP IN IRVING, TX***
Position: Medical Benefits Rep
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)
Equipment Provided
Start Date: September 2024
Job Details:
Ā Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
Ā Provide good customer service and empathy.
Ā Using computer skills for data entry.
Ā Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Ā Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Ā Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Ā ***MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP IN IRVING, TX***
Ā Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
Ā Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Ā Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
Ā HS Diploma/Equivalent.
