Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.BenefitsWe offer many great benefits, including free early access to your pay through Homebase.ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual patient check-ins, collect medical histories, and update health records.Assist with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and managing patient reminders.Support telehealth services by preparing patient information for virtual consultations.Coordinate referrals, prescription requests, and lab orders as needed.Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.Provide administrative support for patient care plans and treatment protocols.QualificationsCertified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent certification.At least 1-2 years of experience as a medical assistant, preferably with telehealth experience.Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual healthcare tools.Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a remote environment.Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.We are looking forward to receiving your application.
