Maintain a comprehensive understanding of systems capabilities and Medicaid business operations.
Complete Medicaid regulatory reporting as required.
Utilize geo-access software to identify gaps in provider/member access.
Conduct provider directory audits related to Medicaid services.
Promote teamwork and collaboration within the department.
Effectively resolve intricate Medicaid data challenges.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of systems capabilities and Medicaid business operations.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical abilities.
Experience with Medicaid network regulatory reporting and familiarity with geo-access software is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the capability to manipulate large data sets.
Ability to address complex Medicaid data issues and perform thorough provider directory audits.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant business analysis experience in Medicaid. A combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background will also be considered.
