[Remote] Math Curriculum Writer, Grades 3–5, TX

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NovoDia is seeking an experienced elementary math curriculum writer to develop a custom accelerated learning curriculum for Grades 3–5. The role involves creating teacher-ready, fully scripted lessons aligned with TEKS, designed for small-group instruction to support unfinished learning and strengthen grade-level mastery. Responsibilities • Write and revise Grades 3–5 Math lessons using a consistent lesson format and tight pacing for a 30-minute rotation model • Map and verify alignment to TEKS at the lesson and assessment level • Design instruction that supports conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and targeted practice within a 30-minute lesson • Build in scaffolds and accessibility supports for emerging bilingual learners and students with disabilities • Collaborate with internal reviewers, respond to feedback quickly, and meet staged delivery deadlines Skills • Teaching, coaching, or curriculum design experience in Grades 3–5 Math • Demonstrated curriculum writing experience producing teacher-ready lesson plans and assessments • Strong knowledge of standards-based planning • Clear writing, strong organization, and high attention to instructional quality • Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working through feedback cycles on a tight timeline Company Overview • NovoDia builds coherent curriculum infrastructure for School Districts.
