Remote Marketing – Telemarketing & Sales Position
Responsibilities:
• Client Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to ensure alignment with our services. Qualify leads based on their social media marketing needs and business objectives.
• Pitching Services: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our social media management services to potential clients. Tailor pitches to address specific client needs and challenges.
• Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, explaining our services, contract terms, and answering any queries they may have. Collaborate with the operations team for a seamless transition.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as a point of contact during the initial phases of onboarding to ensure a positive client experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies and share valuable insights gained from client interactions.
• Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Minimum of [ 2 years] of experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on client acquisition.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing concepts and trends. Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
