Remote Marketing Project Specialist

• Manage project intake and prioritize requests from stakeholders.
• Maintain project calendars and flag potential issues.
• Run weekly project status check-ins with the team.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project details.
• Research and compile background information for campaigns.
• Distribute clear campaign briefs before project launches.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries.
• Provide light production assistance including graphic creation.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or project coordination.
• Experience managing projects with tools like Monday.com.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and self-directed in a remote work environment.
• Collaborative and service-minded.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva.
