Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wedding Industry Ads (WIA) is a fast-growing, female-founded advertising agency supporting wedding pros and creative entrepreneurs. The Marketing & Creative Coordinator will be responsible for client reporting, ad creative production, and internal marketing efforts, contributing to the agency's growth and success. Responsibilities Pull monthly ad performance data (Meta + Google) Format reports + highlight key insights (training provided) Maintain organized reporting dashboards and internal documentation Design static ads, video editing for reels & social ads, and branded creative assets based on client needs Draft ad copy variations using WIA frameworks Collaborate with our strategists to prepare creative assets for Meta & Google campaigns Maintain brand consistency across creative deliverables Assist with email marketing (scheduling emails and creating automated workflow sequences in Go High Level platform) Create social media content (IG, FB, LinkedIn), schedule posts, and engage on accounts (training provided) Repurpose videos, reels, and long-form content and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms Skills Highly reliable, proactive, and self-managing Excellent communicator (written and spoken) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Solution-oriented - sees problems and offers improvements Loves being part of a small, collaborative, fast-moving team Interested in the wedding industry and creative entrepreneurship Values working in a female-founded, female-led environment Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising Design skills (Canva required; video editing) Strong tech skills and ability to learn software quickly Comfortable inside tools like: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Go High Level, Slack, ClickUp, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Suite, Google Drive, Canva Availability to work during CST business hours (required) Excellent English communication (required) Based in North America or Latin America (or similar time zones for overlap with CST operating hours) Prior agency experience (not required) Experience with digital advertising platforms, reporting dashboards or analytics tools (not required) Benefits A supportive, collaborative environment Clear processes and room for your ideas Flexibility paired with ownership Opportunities to grow as the company scales A welcoming, empowering work culture for women Company Overview We’re here to make digital advertising easier for venues & wedding pros.
