The role involves leading the configuration and optimization of workflows, designing lead qualification systems, and developing email sequences that convert. Responsibilities • Configure and optimize GoHighLevel workflows and automations • Set up and manage lead qualification and scoring systems • Design and implement email sequences for improved conversion rates • Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns and automation workflows • Collaborate with marketing manager Marie on campaign strategy and execution • Take ownership of best practices implementation within GoHighLevel CRM • Analyze and optimize existing marketing automation processes • Provide technical expertise on GoHighLevel platform capabilities Skills • Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform and its automation features • Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes • Experience with email marketing and conversion rate optimization • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and implementation • Ability to write high-converting email sequences • Understanding of lead scoring and qualification frameworks • Experience working with marketing teams and cross-functional collaboration Company Overview • BruntWork builds bolthires-effective, efficient and scalable operational teams for businesses wanting to grow fast and effectively.
