Remote Marketing Advisor
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic team supporting a lead healthcare insurance company. This role will be instrumental in driving marketing transformation initiatives and requires a strong blend of project management expertise and an understanding of marketing landscapes.
salary: $45 - $50 per hour

Responsibilities
ā¢ Utilize Wrike to develop project plans and manage workflow.
ā¢ Develop detailed project plans, including potential cost, schedule, and resource requirements.
ā¢ Maintain work plans considering priorities, key milestones, time estimates, task sequencing, and identification of tasks that may be performed concurrently to achieve objectives.
ā¢ Identify risks and vulnerabilities, create contingency plans, and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
ā¢ Ensure timely and quality development and distribution of all deliverables for projects.
ā¢ Implement communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risks, and timely delivery of initiative results.
ā¢ Track and monitor the financials of assigned projects.
ā¢ Run weekly team status calls for campaign teams
ā¢ Support a culture focused on customer value realization and experience.
ā¢ Integrate plans from marketing subfunctions and peer teams to document specific project/program scheduling.
ā¢ Work cross-functionally to communicate issues and propose options for mitigating risks and dependencies.
ā¢ Help manage orchestration team requests and delivery schedules.
ā¢ Curate training opportunities for B2B Lifecycle team members.
ā¢ Build and organize a Confluence space to house all training links and pathways.
ā¢ Ensure the training portal is up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
ā¢ Evaluate and implement improvements to the teams Iris portal.
