4+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on supply chain management and quality assurance
Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), contract manufacturers, and component suppliers
Strong knowledge of ASIC DFT and ATE test processes, as well as post-silicon validation
Proficiency in SQL queries and scripting in Python or Perl
Responsibilities:
Lead reviews among Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams to drive expectations for implementing Design for Excellence (DFX) and test strategy
Ensure plant readiness, support manufacturing line ramp, provide product investigate training, and gather feedback on form issues
Work with the Product team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
Collaborate with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability targets
