Process incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and federal laws and regulations
Presentation of offers, overcoming objections, and providing exceptional customer service to resolve issues and answer questions
Maintain excellent product knowledge, including pricing, benefits, and upsells, to effectively communicate with members
Exercise exceptional customer service skills to optimize each contact with members, ensuring a positive experience and promoting loyalty
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education may be required based on individual projects or locations
Active and current Health, or Health & Life/Accident home state license required
Minimum one year of telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or office setting experience
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to express assurance, confidence, and empathy
Ability to multi-task, understand complex Medicare programs, and explain them clearly and objectively to callers
Proficiency in internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation and customer engagement soft skills
