Remote LVN Staff Nurse Opportunity in San Antonio, Texas
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a fully remote capacity, serving the San Antonio, Texas area. As a Remote LVN Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in identifying special needs members, coordinating care, and educating providers and community resources on program components and available support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify special needs members through the completion of health screens and other resources
Collaborate with community outreach/member advocates to coordinate member care
Educate providers and community resources on program components and available support services
Assist with modification and management of care plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse, in conjunction with members, medical consenters, or caregivers
Qualifications:
1+ year of LVN experience in prior authorization and DME (required)
Active LVN License in the state of Texas (required)
