Providing unparalleled luxury service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience
Handling transactions and booking appointments for spa, salon, and fitness services with professionalism and attention to detail
Addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of grace and composure
Training and onboarding new colleagues, sharing the ethos of luxury and excellence
Reporting any incidents or accidents promptly to management, demonstrating vigilance and a commitment to safety
Requirements:
Prior experience in a luxury call center setting is highly preferred
Demonstrated customer service experience within a 5-star hotel environment
High school diploma or GED is required for this role
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
