Uphold resident safety and comfort by adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a hygienic environment.
Educate residents and their families on health-related topics, fostering an understanding of care processes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records for continuity of care.
Required Skills
Current and unencumbered LPN license in the State of South Dakota.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Qualifications
Completion of an accredited LPN program.
Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
